Moving to another country with a different language and culture is a delicate matter and building a house there even more.
We therefore decided to designate an overall Project Manager and finally opted for GPessa.
That proved to be a good choice as  we now have a nice home built to a high standard, in sharp contrast with our neighbors and within budget.

I was recommended to Gustavo Mil-Homens Pessa and his company GPESSA by a local realtor couple of years ago. What a good recommendation! Before the pandemic we had plans to have a house built in the west coast and he and his 'hands on' experience impressed us during the first meeting. Well, the pandemic stopped all our effort but we made recently contact again with the company. This time we wanted to have house inspection made. The company provided us with a comprehensive inspection package about all constructural specifics and other other matters of the villa. Furthermore it was positive to have a follow-up telecon and discuss specifics and evaluate suggestions and ideas to tackle every concern or risk. Again, a good choice, hands on experience and local know-how is valuable. Because of covid19 and potential other travel restrictions it makes sense to have local specialists available. Gustavo is a busy man, so be patient.
